I temi trattati sono davvero tanti e tutti molto interessanti, si va dalla Mitologia alle tradizioni di Natale, approfondendo così, sia la comprensione della lingua che la storia della cultura norvegese. L’autore parla sia in Bokmål che in Nynorsk, con una pronuncia moderata che ne facilità la comprensione. È adatto infatti a un livello B1-B2. L’autore fornisce inoltre il testo del podcast, cosa che torna molto utile per chi ha piacere di studiare la lingua in modo più approfondito e accurato.
