Description
Two years after her death, justice for Filipino artist Bree Jonson remains elusive. This is frustrating, heartbreaking and a stark reminder that the wheels of the justice systemin our country is so slow and so hindered by power, influence and wealth that it might as well be stationary at this point.
I decided to re-release this to help the case in some small way, to have people care more or care again, to get her name out again because her family deserves closure and we, as Filipinos, need to see once in a while that justice is not entirely out of reach - something that most Filipinos do not believe in anymore.
I ask that you help me in making Bree's name appear in algorithms and mentions again. Say her name and keep her case in the media.
Thank you.
PS - I am still in the process of migrating all the blog posts I made two years ago when this case was first reported, so I have no sources list per se but I copy-pasted my blog posts onto a Google Doc that you can now find here. I have not formatted it, so it looks rather messy but this is all what I have written back then.
