OKC would trade away two future 1st’s to the Hawks and Melo to the Lakers in return for 2nd round pick.
Hawks: would end up getting 3 first for two years with Deng.
OKC: would unload Melo and save them 100 mill in taxes
Lakers: would get a expiring contract in Melo for cap space next year for a first round pick.
Or at least something this? Melo is only 6 mil more that Deng and we are already talking about sign Melo if he’s released so why not ?”
