“It would be much more effective using the podcast to learn German if the listeners would be able to follow the text while listening to the narrative. If there is a phrase she/he doesn’t understand she/he can readily copy it into a translator, comprehend the meaning and move on. There are already automated systems that make production of transcripts easy and fast.”
