Depressing from Snowdon
I’ve always enjoyed this programme, most especially the wry and urbane comments from Snowdon. However , his disgraceful linkage of people who doubt whether Lockdown is a policy that is proportionate or effective with “conspiracy theorists” is intellectually lazy on his part, and an extraordinary position for a supposed free marketeer who opposes the excesses of the nanny state to take . I don’t think he’s so shallow and thin skinned as to have been upset by criticism of his ‘switching sides’ in the argument , and so is doubling down on his beliefs and smearing his detractors , but a less charitable soul might have their doubts .

Thought provoking with banter, maybe they are having a drink?

Virtually every talk show or podcast consisting of journalists talking is tedious. This podcast is no exception. Few journalists are anything but ordinarily intelligent and even fewer have any interesting specialized knowledge. Certainly not enough to sustain regular discussion.

l'd happily go for a pint with Tom & Chris who break down daily woke nonsense we all face in simply just existing in 2023. The podcast just reminds me that we (sensible & normal thinking people) are not alone. Keep it goingRead full review »
