“I remember when the paintings were stolen. It was so depressing. I visited the Gardner often. I love its Venetian palace setting, the quiet and peacefulness of it. I always wondered about each of the paintings and why that particular one was chosen. The Gardner is unlike any other with artwork chosen by one individual and with no obvious theme to the selections other than personal taste albeit excellent taste. I have followed every story about the heist and the search. Like everyone else I am anxious for their return. I am looking forward to this podcast with bated breath. Thank you.”
