“This is a great podcast to listen to if you would like to hear him have on guests who are more interesting and funny than he is, but then kill the potential by monopolizing the conversation and quashing their opportunity to be funny. He reads, for too long, bits of news stories, which are already well known. Presumably to get his guest riffing on the topic, but then just dominates the following conversation in an attempt to steer it towards a point where he can drop in his jokes. The guest at that point (instead of getting to hear their humor, which we tuned in for) gets to just politely laugh and agree. Which encourages him to go on, and the cycle continues. You're too young to be the erudite opinion on the show, kid. Let the others, your guests, do the heavy lifting. Showcase them, not yourself, and then we might tune in again. Why invite them on if your going to answer all your own questions for us?”
