Description
It seems that everyone wants to be an entrepreneur these days. While the idea of being your own boss and crafting your ideal business is a total dream gig, there are certain legal hurdles you simply MUST know before you haul off and open your doors (digital or physical) to your sparkly new business. The legal A-Team identifies a few of those critical components that you need to know about and consider, including what the different business entities are, how the right entity can help protect you from personal liability, and why you absolutely should have an operating agreement (or similar corporate governance doc). Starting your own business is glam and a total flex, but make sure to be mindful of the potential legal bits that could either help you a lot or totally trip you up.
