The first time I met Steve I knew that he, and all of the other managers, truly cared about forming 18-22 year-olds into success business professionals. These podcasts will help you in every aspect of life, even if you don’t work for the company. If there is one thing I’d say about this program is this. Give it a chance. Encourage your kids, cousins, brothers, sisters, peers, whomever to give this a chance. You have the chance to make some good money over the summer, but the memories and the experience is priceless.
