More about Alan: Alan Bishop serves as the Director of Sports Performance for the University of Houston Men’s Basketball program. Widely regarded as one of the most pragmatic coaches in collegiate athletics, Bishop has established himself as an industry leader in strength and conditioning for the impressive physical development he engineers within his teams year after year. Alan is a graduate of Utah State University, where he competed as a Division 1 football athlete and earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. After finishing his collegiate playing career, Alan continued his education at Southern Utah University, graduating with a Master of Science in Sports Conditioning and Performance.
