It was one of the happiest days of my life, as I was united in holy matrimony with the man I love, who loves me in return. It was a rainy November day, and just before the reception, I discovered that my white wedding dress was covered in clay up to my knees after descending to the waterfall in Yaremche for photos with our parents. I could have stressed out, trying to clean it off, but instead, I let it be. I was having fun, I was happy, and I was focused on the essence of the moment. A few hours later, I noticed my dress was completely white and clean again—the clay had dried and simply fallen away. ⠀ The upcoming conversation in the Leadership Kitchen reminded me of that happy day because it was centered on what truly matters.
