In this episode, I chat with accredited practising dietitian, Dr Flávia Fayet-Moore. Dr Flávia has an impressive résumé: She is a scientist, dietitian, nutritionist, researcher and entrepreneur. As the founder and CEO of Nutrition Research Australia, she maintains her independent and credible voice on all things nutrition, health and wellbeing. She is the co-founder of Food is Cool, where nutrition in schools is done differently. She is a fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Finally, Dr Flávia is an adjunct lecturer at Newcastle University and a honorary associate at the University of Sydney.
