“I appreciate that this podcast provides Cantonese learners a good way to know more about Hong Kong culture. However, as a Hongkongese whose first language is obviously Cantonese, the choices of words are not as lively and accurate as what we are using everyday. Say for example, 年青人is not our word, we usually say 後生仔instead. The more people using the former one is due to the recent influence of PRC pattern.”
