“I found this podcast during the day and figured it’d be good listening practice even if I don’t use it as a sleep aid. I finally laid in bed around 11pm and was restless as ever. I wasn’t tired at all so I kept moving around and thinking about nonsense. After 20 minutes of that I decided to put on this podcast and hope it works miracles, started on ep 1 and I kept thinking “this is realllly soothing but since I’m actually paying attention there’s no way I’m gonna be able to sleep”. Long story short, I only remember the intro to ep 2 and then I was sleeping like a baby.”
