“Do you want to learn Spanish? Would you like the ability to give your kids an opportunity to understand Spanish? Do you like the Eschucha y Repete (Listen and Repeat) format? Do you like asking a question or giving a command without getting a response back?
That’s the one flaw with the format of this podcast. You will be able to ask just about any question, the problem is, David does not give you what a probable answer would be. He obviously knows and understands both the Spanish and English language very well. Its delivered in a personal (but gringo, i.e. heavy on the American accent) way. He certainly makes you feel like he is teaching just to you and a couple of friends. I like the fact that all the vocabulary words are in the description, so I can see the words as he says them. The best show to date is the ‘Working with Kids’. It perfectly illustrates my point. You get great vocabulary and you learn commands for kids. The best part is you don’t have to worry about a response.
To survive speaking spanish, I want to understand the response to my question. If you like the listen and repeat format, and don’t care to understand a response to any question you ask then this podcast is for you.”
