“Like I imagine everyone else leaving a review here, I’ve tried multiple ways to learn languages, including (but not limited to!) live classes, apps, books, podcasts, websites, bribery, prayer, extortion, combinations of the above, etc. Nothing’s ever worked. This is looking like it does.
I’m not talking, of course, about the podcast format. I’m talking about the method laid out, bit by bit. His approach really comes down to an extremely effective reimagining of how to explain, and thereby teach, how language is learned. For me, anyway, it just makes sense. In the first five episodes alone he clearly explains every single reason why my learning has always sputtered out in the past by contrasting it with another approach that does. He’s got me trusting him at this point, so I’m aiming for the long haul!”
