“I was in Spanish classes K-12th and while I know a bunch of random words, I don’t know how to really put sentences together. I am five episodes in so far, and I am loving this podcast! I already have a better understanding of how to construct sentences. If you are wanting to learn Spanish, this is a great daily option to practice forming thoughts in Spanish. This show is helping me build the base of the language and encourages me to stick with the system and mindset. This is not a passive listening podcast though, you have to be engaged. So far I have been constantly taking notes and pausing each show to quiz myself. To those who know more Spanish, it may feel a little slow at first and tedious, but it really is helping me to change my default thinking. Some of the learning metaphors aren’t my favorite and the repetition can feel a bit nagging, but it really is impactful. Reading along with the online transcript is really helpful to digest the Spanish phrases.”
