A mysterious woman, a hot iPhone, and cell phone data. In June of 2018 the body of 68-year-old, Roosevelt Bernard was found in a vacant lot by his home. Initially, police believed his death was an accidental electrocution due to a downed power line. But Roosevelt had been murdered.
