“Ben, I’m 40 minutes since this episode and you’ve barely let Popok get two sentences in take a breath, bro I love this network you created but you have a whole other show supposed to be the 2 of you discussing 411 @ the intersection of law and politics.
KFA and Popok are respectful and treat each other like equals and honestly this podcast was everything for me during the Trump Trials. I got fed up with NPR show “Trump trials” 5 minute segment where the basics where discussed but nowhere near the detail or dissection of the information as applicable to the law that give context.
Lately I worry cause the information you guys gave is still great, but instead of the legal theories in the legal context, there’s a lot of unfounded speculation and personal opinions.
It’s frustrating when you’re told that a quote is going to be read to you and somewhere in the quote. You just start spouting off your own ideas of what they were thinking or what they meant without closing the quote and explaining the fact that that’s not what the judge said for example or whatever plus it doesn’t sound like it’s coming from Attorney because you don’t say in my opinion or I can imagine that the judge would blah blah blah. It seems like you guys got a lot less formal, which is fine but it’s part of what I really loved about. The show was the best
When he was actually an intersection between law politics, current events, and opinions, the later should be stated as such as to not misinform. For example I ranted on Cspan about the mushers earning upwards of 600 million during the four years in Trumps White House . I was corrected they earned that amount in addition to federal wages with other sources of income. I was livid thinking they earned more than all the Presidents in history combined out of US Coffers.
watch the YouTube and that’s cause I listen on the go so I miss visual cues that maybe would clarify or distinguish between fact and hyperbole.
Please don’t get me wrong love the shows the network, the personalities including the brothers, the Misses and the Popok. I just believe KFA and Danya Perry are wonderful at distinguishing between opinions or hypotheses v data or facts.
Keep it coming I will keep spreading the word and if I’m the only one who notes any of this ignore me. Love you all for what you do!”
