Outstanding Podcast!
Legal docket should be required listening four college students and anyone in the legal field. It covers so many topics with interesting discussions with experts in the fields being discussed. Mary Reichard and Jenny Rough provide background information which makes the legal principles involved easy to understand for the layman. Hearing the interplay between the Supreme Court justices and the lawyers adds great insight into the workings of the Supreme Court, and makes the podcast so much more interesting! Kudos on another terrific season!

This program is excellent! It is very informative and helps the average person, who has no legal background understand the issues that come before the Supreme Court and how they are addressed. I am learning a lot!

One of my all time favorite quotes (and most helpful in life) has been Sir Francis Bacon’s “the duty of rhetoric applies reason to the imagination for the better moving of the will”. This podcast does that - I am better moved by having listened.
