In this episode, I chat to Dr Simon Western, a leading academic and practitioner in coaching and leadership.
He is the Founder CEO of The Eco-Leadereship Institute - an ethical leadership approach framework to orient organisations towards success in our networked and interdependent world.
We talk about his interest in people, being deeply curious and a strong developmental urge that drives his work, what 'Re-enchanting our Worlds' means to him (and being dis-enchanted), getting leaders to think in terms of 'ecosystems', learning about eco-leadership from queer theory and social movements, how change happens at the edges, and what 'Staying with the trouble' means to him.
