Paff Evara on Organising, Mobilising and her evolution journey in creating inclusive spaces

Description
Paff Evara is a Writer, Creator and Futurist.  They are a Co-Founder of Take Up Space - a community led media company and platform for culture makers,  experimenting with Blockchain and  co-creation to help creators monetise their most authentic work. In this conversation, we talk about their evolution journey, growing up as a mixed race, queer, and later diagnosed neurodivergent  Australian -  finding belonging in different communities, and holding spaces for others in their quest to create inclusive spaces.  I loved Paff's reference to how they're  grappling with how we might create inclusive spaces on top of oppressive systems, and the importance of taking a step back to figure out how we might dismantle these systems.    Complex concepts without easy answers, but an important one to grapple with.
