Dr Poornima Luthra is a recognized author, keynote speaker, business consultant, and leading practitioner-academic in the field of talent management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).  She is the author of Leading Through Bias (Palgrave-Macmillan, January 2024), The Art of Active Allyship (November 2022), and Diversifying Diversity (May 2021) and is a contributor to Harvard Business Review on topics related to DEI.  An Associate Professor at the Copenhagen Business School   and the founder and CEO of TalentED Consultancy, she is a passionate purpose-driven educator who believes in the power of positive change and influence through education.
