Honest review
Pros: 1. Dr Morgan has legitimate credentials 2. Her content is practical 3. She explains concepts in a simple, relatable way. Very accessible Cons: 1. Her signature focus is on attachment style (not bad but just mentioning it because it’s sort of niche if you’re looking for a holistic self improvement/relationship podcast) 2. Distinct style of speaking (valleygirl pronunciations and stretches out words) 3. I knock off a point anytime someone asks for a 5 Star review. Ask for a review is A-okay but I find it disingenuous to ask for a specific score

Thanks for the podcast on avoidant, that is my boyfriend 100%. I’ve know this for a while now but it’s always nice to hear more information on how to better a relationship with someone who has that.
