UPDATE: We are now beginning 17th November. Jasmine introduces us to Kintsugi Hope and their Wellbeing Groups, which we plan to starting THIS Thursday, 3rd November starting at 1:00pm at the University of Surrey.  A Kintsugi Hope Student Wellbeing Group is a safe space for students to gather together in a small group setting to have open and honest conversations around mental and emotional wellbeing through a facilitated peer mentoring style. Learn more at https://kintsugihope.com/ A six-week course to learn tools to improve mental well-being. Come and discuss topics such as Honesty - Anxiety - Depression - Perfectionism - Shame - Anger - Forgiveness in an informal and relaxed setting. It is facilitated by two of our trained volunteers in facilitating these conversations.
