“I discovered this podcast after listening to Netta on a podcast I myself was a guest on. I found her journey inspirational and looked up her own podcast to learn more about her and this lifestyle. There is a lot I like about Netta but my favourite thing by far is that she doesn’t say: you MUST do it like me! Far from it, if anything she empowers listeners to do their own thing in their own way and their own time! Netta will provide guidance and shares what works for her…you as the listener can than take from it what you want! I myself have learned a lot. I am an Intermittent Faster and have changed my diet dramatically since being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last year. I didn’t really set out to cut sugar from my diet but it happened more or less organically as I educated myself on what I can eat that makes me feel good. Funnily enough, sugar and flour wasn’t on that list! But so much yummy things were! Listening to this podcast helps me to stay on track on those days where I might want to give in to a ‚craving’. It just reminds me why I am doing what I do! So thanks Netta for constantly sharing your experience and for always having great guests who share their own stories”
