I’m not in this alone
It was with perfect timing that this podcast found its way to me. My fiancé died by suicide 8 weeks ago on April 23rd in a Bali Rehab. I’m going through all the emotions; Anger the protagonist at the moment. These podcasts provide solace and comfort at this difficult time where I feel I am the only person in the world right now. I feel lost, alone, petrified to carry on. Hearing real stories from others that have felt/ feel my pain is my light at the end of a long dark tunnel. Thank you Dr Jennifer Ashton and all the guest speakers for guiding my painful journey and offering hope.
