“I was very curious about what they had to say, but I was totally turned off when they said that people aren’t poor and hurting economically in El Salvador like they are in the US. I lived in El Salvador for four years, my husband is from El Salvador and we know many family members and friends that struggle to pay for their kids schooling, housing and can’t find jobs. and we have family members who have been imprisoned without getting the chance to go to court bc of Bukele. El Salvador is not a “beacon of hope” for all the poor Salvadorans, just for expat bitcoiners and Rich Salvadorans”
