A word of precautionary, this podcast is kind of all over the place, I never really structure my podcasts well which is sorta more of a natural thing for me just as long as I am delivering the information that I want to you guys, I promise you guys this all stems from the same book " Ego Is the Enemy' by Ryan Holiday. I heavily recommend for you guys to read this book because personally, it has helped me a lot.
