“Let me explain. I am a psychotherapist. I love Chelsea. I loved her last show on Netflix. Her humor is perfect for me (irreverent) and she had her dogs on set as she interviewed her guests-so great!! When her show ended, I knew she was taking time off, going to college campuses to get young people engaged in politics. (Thank you, Chelsea!) Now she’s back and I learn that the psychiatrist with whom she did a year of deep work is one of the best people in my field and someone I admire greatly, Dan Siegel, M.D. I’ve read a lot of his books and been to trainings with him. Such a lucky pairing!! This podcast is very funny and enlightening re: how Chelsea has changed and grown from therapy. Her candor is beautiful and I hope she inspires others to seek help. The podcast accompanies Chelsea’s book tour for “Life Will Be The Death of Me.” It’s fantastic!!”
