I can’t believe Dan Siegel is your therapist!!
Let me explain. I am a psychotherapist. I love Chelsea. I loved her last show on Netflix. Her humor is perfect for me (irreverent) and she had her dogs on set as she interviewed her guests-so great!! When her show ended, I knew she was taking time off, going to college campuses to get young people engaged in politics. (Thank you, Chelsea!) Now she’s back and I learn that the psychiatrist with whom she did a year of deep work is one of the best people in my field and someone I admire greatly, Dan Siegel, M.D. I’ve read a lot of his books and been to trainings with him. Such a lucky pairing!! This podcast is very funny and enlightening re: how Chelsea has changed and grown from therapy. Her candor is beautiful and I hope she inspires others to seek help. The podcast accompanies Chelsea’s book tour for “Life Will Be The Death of Me.” It’s fantastic!!

More reviews of Life Will Be the Death of Me with Chelsea Handler
Not only is Chelsea not funny, she’s very obnoxious. I wouldn’t wish her podcast on my worst enemy. The CIA should subject terrorists at Guantanamo to her podcast, but that would be cruel and inhumane.
