In LUPS2, I explore the complex and fascinating world of tomatoes (our planet's love apples), and share the stories of this humble fruit that have shaped the world we know today. Imagine, some civilizations never even knew about tomatoes. Without tomatoes, which is considered to be the single most important horticultural crop on the global scale and also one of our world's most beloved fruits, our culinary landscape would be bland and uninspired. From pizza, to ketchup, and more I explore how tomatoes led to the Pomodoro Technique which has transcended cultural boundaries and reshaped how millions of people across the world approach tasks. Including, how the tomato became a source of livelihood for millions and inspired the "two pizza" rule used by the American technology multinational company, Amazon.
