Paul Kagame has won the last four elections in Rwanda with over 90 % of the vote. There is no powerful opposition. What does that say about democracy in the country? For this episode of Limitless Africa, we speak to Seth Karamage, a Rwandan development economist specializing in peacebuilding and good governance. He has worked on fostering democracy in Rwanda as well as Nigeria, Kenya and Somalia. He’s a former soldier with the Rwanda Defence Forces.
