6: Running alongside grief - with William Goodge
Listen now
Description
William Goodge also knows every step of the way from John O Groats to Lands End. In August this year he undertook the challenge to run the length of the UK, 850 miles, to raise money for charity following the death of his mother to Lymphoma cancer. William's strength has been in the positivity he has found from his grief, which has enabled him to process his sadness into determination. Listen in as he and Josh chat about finding positivity from pain.
