“Most podcasts are in a hurry to hold your attention, to make sure you stay. Linoleum Knife is not this - in the best way possible. This podcast is relaxing, insightful, and always warm my days when I listen. Alonso and Dave are lovely hosts, with great chemistry (duh - they’re married) and wonderful, soothing voices. Their opinions are always interesting and well-stated, and there’s enough humility in both of them to acknowledge other opinions on things, especially when talking about a film covering an experience they’re not as familiar with. Most of all, though, I love them because they (at least in podcast form, although I’d be very surprised if it wasn’t real life too) radiate empathy and love. Their kindness never fails to put me in a good mood, to relax me when I need it, and for that I am so grateful for these wonderful hosts who make all of our lives better.”
