I’m also concerned that the obviously vulnerable sister is being given false hopes that the perpetrator(s) could be uncovered through Bear’s private investigations. The suggestion that the police may be complicit may have been relevant at the time but policing has changed considerably over the years and I find it hard to believe they are still protecting a couple of crooked cops a generation later. I listened to this whole podcast in the hope it would improve. It didn’t.
