A huge thank you to the #carrenfest . I got to spend Friday at Heroescon. I took my uke, Dolly, and just had an amazing day. On Saturday, we had the first of two days of auditions. There were emotional support kittens. It was another wonderful day and I just loved all the auditionees I had the chance to meet. Hope to see you at the Ren Faire. Rapunzel isn't one of my favorite fairy tales personally. I'm kinda over the helpless princess who has to be rescued. You'll hear that in my tales. Still, this is the classic, as outdated and sexist as it gets. We need to remember these because otherwise, just like right now in my beloved Florida, you get people trying to change the future by rewriting the past. Do not let the freedoms we have worked so hard for be taken away. Let this be a cautionary tale.
