“I go to Rochester annually every third weekend of June. I swing through Snappy Stop on my way out of town. 4 years in a row they have made my burgers wrong by putting cheese on them. Yesterday I made certain to announce my “no cheese” request 3 times. I end up paying $10 for fries and a tiny soda. Do I try this place again?? I wonder what the burgers taste like..”
