Why is making peace important, what value does that bring to your life?
I discuss my feelings, my anger towards the Government the NHS and the psychologising of Long Covid, and how making peace with a long term condition does not mean accepting those things.
I explain how peace can bring a better quality of life, living in the moment of where we are right now rather than where we have been or where we would like to be in the future.
I talk about how gratitude helps me to have peace within myself however this does not over rule all of my varying emotions as having peace is allowing yourself to be truthful with how you feel as well as where you are physically, mentally and emotional in your journey.
