“Look, I get why ads have to be in everything, but Unherd really needs to get whoever publishes their podcasts to give them a listen before they make them public. Ads breaks are inserted into the middle of sentences, sometimes cutting off the speaker mid-word, which makes things very hard to follow. Some episodes end with an ad reel that completely cuts off the interviewer’s final thoughts, which won’t then be resumed. Sometimes the final thoughts will resume for all of the last 10 seconds or so of the speaker’s words.”
