I gave it a chance
I listen to a lot of Blackhawks related podcasts, every one I’ve found has wound up on my subscribe site. This podcast, so far, is the only one I’ve deleted. The host is hard to listen to, he introduces, sums up, and reintroduces segments way too many times. I don’t need to hear “now it’s time to…” between every segment. Maybe the show is geared towards young children? Feels that way. The host also has an annoying tendency to call players by nicknames, a lot of times you hear the coaches and other players use different nicknames, so it comes off like the host here is just just using his pet names for people. Weird. The analysis is OK, usually echos what everyone else is thinking. Never goes too deep or off on any tangents, so props for that. About every 6 months or so I download a show just to see if it’s improved (it hasn’t); maybe someday they’ll replace the host and get back on track. The former host was great.
