“I have to be honest; I was a longtime listener of Rip City Report and Blazers Edge w/Danny Marang, until both went the way of the dodo. The combination of those two were a good mix of homer-ism and realism... but my new diet of Blazer podcasts is a much better balance with Mike’s self-professed brand of pessimism balanced out by Dave & Dia’s rosie optimism (over on their podcast). I genuinely appreciate that Mike isn’t a fan, so we get the unvarnished opinion of someone who is close-ish to the team (shoutout covid for no one’s actual current proximity to the team).
