Mike Richman’s podcast struck me as being on an entirely different level, and then I learned he had been a beat reporter until his position was trimmed. His professional level of journalism REALLY stands out - you get all the elements you need to understand what’s going on, but he has the gift of making it both interesting AND entertaining while examining and discussing the dynamics and intricacies of both the sport and the business - and don’t ever forget how intertwined those two elements are. Now that I’ve discovered Mike’s podcast, I never miss it - he makes something I’m interested in really entertaining, including during the offseason. Well worth your time.”
