With the recent criticism of the NFL draft and players inability to pick their employer, could you see a system where NFL transitions to a “signing day” type event? Where instead of draft picks teams have contacts (similar to rookie deals) that can be traded. This would allow players to pick their employers and keep parity in the league.”
