When he went to Cavaliers I thought he would be terrific, but proved he had much to learn. OKC was interesting and he was a presence in the playoffs. . . Thank you Pat Riley for extending the offer. DW knows that April, May, June are when the big boys put on their shorts and lace up their sneakers and make names for their teams. Locked on Heat picks over the games while they are fresh and they add nuggets that I would miss. Stay humble DW, and I hope you get to play for the same coach two years in a row. Please don’t trade Goran until he is 33 and DW is 28 and they can show their stuff over time. Then I can come to Waiters Island and take a look at the first SU grad to get an NBA Championship ring.”
