“When talking about the Hollinger and Duncan podcast you said “I want to bring you back down to reality about the bleakness of this team.” Really Matt? Every podcast is you talking about how bleak it is. There is never a single positive thing on this podcast. How are you going to bring us back down to reality when you slam us in the head it’s it every night this podcast is on. Dude we know the issues with this team. You’re not even talking about any current things and you just complain complain complain. Even when a decent thing happens you’ll sit on the negatives for 10 minutes and say 2 positive things.
Last week you did a podcast talking about what doesn’t fit Troy Weavers vision. You spent 2 minutes talking about who would and probably 12 to 13 talking about what wouldn’t fit. You complain about who wouldn’t work for pretty much a whole podcast. Here’s an idea considering you complain about filling dead air. Do 15 minutes talking about who would work, then do your 5 minute ad spot where you tell us how Rock Auto hurts your parents company(classy by the way) and then finish with 15 minutes on who wouldn’t work.
Now we can get to how openly you talk about dreading doing 5 podcasts a week. You can’t watch some old games? You couldn’t talk about the TBT? Now I won’t knock you about that second one because I’m not sure how much you’re required to talk about the Pistons with Locked On. But still man it just comes off extremely bad as a listener when you openly let us know you’re not looking forward to doing more work with your fans.
Now we can get to the draft stuff. First things first you’ve been telling us for 2 months you’re going to do more research on James Wiseman. I am assuming that is just never going to happen and that’s fine. I agree Onyeka Onkongwu would be a great pick for this team but you provide no new insight when you talk about us drafting him. And on the flip side you say the exact same thing every time when you talk about why we shouldn’t draft Lamelo Ball. Just seems to come off like a broken record and extremely lazy.
I’m not trying to do a psychoanalysis on you but its so obvious you don’t care about doing this at all. I’m not sure if you’re depressed or just boring. I don’t even really dislike you I just wish you would put even 5 percent more effort into this. I don’t know man just do better I guess. I hope the best for you and hope you’re enjoying your summer.”
