Description
Despite 39 points and 10 assists from Tyrese Maxey the 76ers fell to the Houston Rockets 122-115 in overtime Wednesday night.
The Sixers came out sluggish in the first quarter while Houston, who was coming off an overtime victory in Minnesota just 24 hours earlier, outscored the Sixers in the opening frame 35-24.
Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: 1) Tyrese Maxey's awesome! 2) Obviously they're missing a lot of talent but this 76ers team led by Maxey and McCain have come close to winning but fallen short more often than not. They just don't know how to win yet. 3) Usually overtime losses aren't embarrassing but considering the Rockets were coming off an overtime game just the previous night and still outdoor the Sixers and OT and this one, that's not a good look.
Segment 2: KJ Martin had a good performance in the second and third quarter for the Sixers tonight. Maxey’s second-half performance was top notch tonight. Just a could of missed lay-ups That he'd like to have back.
Segment 3: Checking the shows YouTube channel comment section. What's next for the Sixers? They visit the Pistons Saturday night at seven.
