“Overall I have enjoyed listening to this podcast. I’ve learned a thing or two about ballistics, shooting, reloading and hunting strategies. There’s a fair amount of plugging their own products which is to be expected since it’s a Gunwerks podcast but they keep balanced with other topics. I was very disappointed when they released the episode that was devoted to plugging their buddy’s outfitter business in WY. I know it’s their podcast and they can do what they want but all they did the whole episode was call attention to and hype up an already popular unit. I kept waiting for them to move on and discuss other units, but that never really happened. They even mentioned in the episode that it’s about a 12 point unit but thanks to coverage like this it’s sure to creep up even faster. At least when Steve Rinella committed a similar breach of hunting etiquette on his MeatEater podcast he had the decency to issue a public apology.”
