I want to share a really cool story on how in the last 5 classes, 3 were won by the newest or the student with the least experience.  We have a top gun hat awarded in each class.  This goes to the highest scoring shooter.  I wanted to reflect on my thoughts on how this is possible, as it has been something I have been thinking heavily about over the last couple weeks. From the trenches.  Now and then I want to add a segment for small business owners or for those running them on some tips, tricks and simply a tilt of the hat out of respect and wonder on how any exist at all.  It's not easy, so we want to share some encouragement and some food for thoughts from time to time.
