The judge has delayed the hearing that was set for December 11, 2024.  The judge in the Pike Co Massacre case granted the defense request to move Billy Wagners trial out of Pike County. He also set a sentencing date for Jake & Angela Wagner - will they still testify against Billy at his upcoming trial? Sheriff Mickey Stines was arraigned today after a grand jury handed down an indictment for murder of a public official last week.
