“Good episode, but some misinformation. First, the family name is pronounced “Murdock”. And the father, Alex, is pronounced “Alec”. If you listen to the clips of the 911 call, you can hear Alex Murdaugh say his name and it’s clearly pronounced “Alec Murdock”. You will also notice his brothers call him “Alec” in their Good Morning America interview in June. Such mispronunciations challenge your credibility in discussing this case.
Alex was supposedly not on the property at the time of the murders. He states he was at the hospital with his dying father. He was not on the property shooting or hunting.
With regards to the boat accident in 2019, Anthony Cook and Paul are not cousins. Anthony and Connor Cook are cousins. Paul was their friend. None of the teens retained attorneys before arriving at the hospital. Paul’s attorney father and grandfather showed up at the hospital visiting the victims to “get the story straight”.
Do some fact checking and maybe record an update.”
